Piven grew up on Lake Michigan in Chicago, so he claims he was naturally drawn to living on the water when he relocated to California. The Entourage star purchased this three-level oceanfront home for $3.5 million in 2004. The home, which was originally built in 1949 and remodeled in 1966, has three bedrooms and three baths laid out over 2,424 square feet. The place is now estimated to be worth $4 million.
