Famous Friend Courteney Cox and her husband, actor David Arquette, recently purchased this 1.85-acre property right along the shore in Malibu. The property boasts a five-bedroom, 2,142-square-foot main house, as well as an adjacent 750-square-foot guesthouse. Cox and Arquette closed on the house in August of 2006.The purchase, which was for an undisclosed price, came at the same time as the power couple listed their $33.5 million mansion just down the road in Carbon Beach.
