Table 40 Herb Garden, located on the 5th Floor Plaza, was planted in April to further develop the hotel's green initiatives, making it one of the very few certified green hotels in Miami. The seedlings planted in the garden are used widely throughout the hotel and of course in all items dished out at Table 40, the hotel's very own chef's table helmed by Chef Alex Feher.
