Over 200 of Atlanta’s VIPs gathered in the new fashion boutique of Emerlyn & Ester for the grand opening soiree on Tuesday night. Emerlyn & Ester is the latest fashion venture by R&B superstar Ne-Yo and his significant other (and new mother of their beautiful baby girl) Monyetta Shaw. The night was spectacular from the red carpet to the Remy Martin cocktails and ultimately the toast to the couple with Armand de Brignac’s Ace of Spades Champagne.

Within the last few years, Underground Atlanta has unfortunately been plagued by crime and unsavory individuals. However, with a new mayor, new police staff and new businesses, Underground Atlanta is hoping to become the hotspot it once was. With these new additions, I think they are definitely on the right track.
