Robert Zuckerman Opens Photography Exhibit At The Betsy
On Wednesday August 21, celebrity photographer Robert Zuckerman will be on hand for the opening Togetherness, his new exhibition at The Betsy Hotel South Beach. Subjects include Will Smith and son Jaden, and even Miami-Dade County Public Schools Superintendent Alberto Carvalho and his father. The reception starts at 7pm and will be accompanied by jazz musician Marc Irwin from 8 to 11pm.
Zuckerman is known for compelling portraits of stars such as David Bowie, Morgan Freeman and Al Pacino as well as his work on film sets including Pain and Gain, Training Day, Transformers, The Pursuit of Happyness, and The Crow.
In recent years the photographer has suffered for 8 years from Adult Polyglucosan Body Disease, which inhibits the star photographers ability to walk. But the disease has not kept the photographer from shooting but given him a different shooting perspective.
