Out With Alisa: Spectacular Events in Mexico City and London

Last month was jam-packed with lavish birthdays and weddings. Elias Sacal threw a wedding for his daughter Sofia Sacal in Mexico City, Mexico with 1300 of his family and friends in attendance. The guests stayed at the St. Regis Hotel in Mexico City. Friday after breakfast the guests were taken by bus for a tour of the best museums in Mexico such as Carlos Slim’s museums, the Museo Soumaya, and the National Museum of Anthropology. After that everyone met for lunch in downtown Mexico at the famous restaurant La Rancho. That same night Elias Sacal invited all of the guests to his home for a pre-wedding party. The following day the guests left by bus again to downtown Mexico for a tour of the city. Lunch at Nobu followed the tour. That night the traditional Mexican-Jewish ceremony was held at 11 PM and the wedding party began after midnight. The ballroom was decorated with millions of flowers and the dancing did not end until 6 AM.

The next day we jetted off to London for Lisa Tchangiez’s birthday party. The Tchangiez’s are know around the world for their party-going skills so we all knew this would be a weekend to remember. The celebration began with a luncheon at an art club hosted vy Ella Krasner for Lisa Tchangiez. That night a party was held for 800 people at Robbie Tchangiez’s home. The following day we had lunch at a private club called Lou Lou Ans and then went home to get ready for the big evening ahead of us. More than 1000 of Lisa Tchangiez’s friends arrived at an old movie theater which was decorated for the event. There were dancers coming from the ceiling and we all knew it would be the best night yet. Don Perignon and Chrystal were poured all night long and everyone danced until 5 AM. Some of the attendees were Goga Ashkenazi, Philip Green, Kaz Alzarka, Andrea Dibelius, Ella Krasner, Isabella Santos, Deborah and Steven Hungs, Carol Asher, and Denise Rich. Thank you to Elias Sacal and Lisa Tchangiez for the amazing time.
