DAMAC Properties, one of the largest luxury real estate developers in the Middle East, has opened the doors on the luxury show home for DAMAC Residenze in Dubai.
The luxurious 85-storey tower is located on one of the last premium plots in Dubai Marina overlooking the Palm Jumeirah. It will house eye-catching private apartments with interior designs by Fendi Casa. The show home is located on the 65th floor of Ocean Heights, another DAMAC Properties’ tower, which offers similar views of Dubai and the coastline.The apartment includes the Fendi Casa Interior designs which reflect the mix of ancient Eastern heritage and the beauty of the Italian craftsmanship.
In addition, there has been a great deal of progress made on the construction of DAMAC Heights, which houses DAMAC Residenze on the top 40 floors. Level 21 was recently cast, with more work underway on the higher floors. The project will be completed in the second quarter of 2016. Decorated with FENDI’s dynamic flair, DAMAC Residenze consists of 200 apartments housed between the 43rd and 84th floor of DAMAC Heights overlooking the fast-paced and dynamic ambiance of the city of Dubai.
