No other festival can celebrate the connection between food and wine quite like Flavor! Napa Valley, where gourmands and oenophiles enjoyed five days of inspired, artisan-grown and hand-crafted wine and food from November 20-24. Over 3000 guests attended the 3rd installment of Flavor!, which featured over 50 celebrated chefs including Michael Chiarello, Todd English, Jeffrey Jake, Christopher Kostow, Roy Choi, Masaharu Morimoto, Mario Carbone and Rich Torrisi among many others. Events included personalized cooking demonstrations, wine education classes and farm-to-table dinners. Net proceeds from Flavor! benefitted the CIA’s Greystone Campus scholarship programs in support of the development of future culinary and wine education leaders.
