Robert De Niro, Joe Pesci & Al Pacino Gather for Script Reading of ‘The Irishman’

Hollywood heavyweights Robert De Niro, Joe Pesci and Al Pacino gathered at the Tribeca Film Center yesterday for a script reading of The Irishman. The highly-anticipated mob movie, based on the book “I Heard You Paint Houses,” will be directed by Martin Scorsese.

“De Niro, Pacino and Pesci were going back and forth laughing with all the wiseguy humor,” an insider told the New York Post.

This is the ninth time De Niro and Scorsese have collaborated on a project.
