Giorgio Armani and his longtime friend, award-winning actor and humanitarian Sean Penn, appeared in an exclusive charity campaign to champion global support for Penn’s J/P Haitian Relief Organization. Shot in black and white during last year’s Cannes Film Festival, the campaign will debut as part of a series of worldwide fundraising events to promote medical services, improve living conditions and education in Haiti.
J/P was established by Penn in 2010 after the earthquake which ravaged the country that same year. It has since become a leader in Haiti across multiple sectors working to improve living conditions in one of Haiti’s largest camps for internally-displaced persons and nearby neighborhoods by providing basic amenities such as medicine, community enrichment programs, housing and education.
