Stella McCartney Spring 2013 Collection Preview at the Burj Al Arab

On 18 December, an exclusive preview of Stella McCartney’s Spring 2013 collection in the form of an English garden party took place at the Burj Al Arab’s Majilis Bahar Beach Garden in Dubai. In a celebration of optimism, innocence and lightness, vibrant fluorescent floral and geometric jacquards in hues of mango, citrus and white were seen on models strutting around the venue.

Throughout the evening, guests were able to enjoy the interactive fashion presentation by joining the models in the various activities including a ‘Pop the balloon’ game and a confectionary stall, in addition to enjoying freshly-squeezed lemonade, cocktails and vegetarian treats.

A live performance by the band Friends with Benefits provided additional entertainment for the night. And finally, to wrap up the night, a customized Stella McCartney flower cart provided guests with fresh blooms as a souvenir of the evening.
