Bob Hope’s Toluca Lake Estate Hits Market for the First Time Ever

Just in time for the holidays, many estates have been hitting the market and some for the very first time, including the late entertainer Bob Hope’s Toulca Lake estate where the beloved funny man spent most of his life, from 1939 up until his death in 2003.

The sprawling 1.34 acre estate that was designed by architect Robert Finkelhor in an inspired English-style that featured a golf course, guesthouse, a swimming pool and gardens, is by far one of the most breath-taking properties on Moorpark Street. Just last weekend a garage sale was held at the residence.  “Julien’s Auctions in Beverly Hills will be putting together a show of some of the Hope’s cherished belongings,” stated in the Tolucan Times. As far as an asking price for the Toluca Lake estate none has been revealed as of yet.
