Fall means opening season for restaurants in Las Vegas. Here’s a look at five of the newest to open their doors both on and off the Strip.

1 Tetsu

Chef Masa Takayama opened his first teppan grill concept this summer inside BarMasa. The venue features six VIP and two communal teppan grill tables with seating for 10 and five, respectively. Every day the menu here changes. Chefs grill up dishes in front of guests.

2 Honey Salt

Chef Kim Canteenwalla and his wife, restaurateur Elizabeth Blau, create Honey Salt as an inspiration for the dinners they serve in their own home. Farm-to-table dishes made with regional ingredients highlight the menu here.

3 Culinary Dropout

Discover the eclectic menu at Culinary Droput, where pub fare dominates. Look for dishes such as fried chicken and biscuits, rainbow trout and rib eyes as well as a raw bar, pretzel bread and more. Two-thirds of the menu here is dedicated to beer, wine and innovative cocktails.

4 Rattlecan

Chef Sammy DeMarco brings his second restaurant to Vegas, this one a burger joint filled with wall-to-ceiling graffiti art. Look for the mechanical pickle, which guests can ride after downing a pickleback shot.

5 Javier's

This Southern California transplant brings Mexican fare and margaritas to Aria. Look for a heavy dose of tequilas behind the bar and the largest piece of chainsaw art in the world in the dining room.
