Haute Event: Jessica Alba Honored at Harry Winston-Sponsored Baby2Baby Gala

Jessica Alba was honored at a gala presented by none other than Harry Winston on Monday evening.

The philanthropist and eco-entrepreneur was the recipient of the first ever Baby2Baby Giving Tree Award.

The mother of two was recognized for her support of the Baby2Baby organization, as well as her consistent dedication to families in need throughout Los Angeles.

“Modern Family” star Julie Bowen emceed the evening, while Rachel Zoe, Nicole Richie and Mindy Kaling acted as presenters. Auctioneer Neal McDonough helped to coax the crowd into raising over one million dollars for the charity.

Dinner at the event was a series of food stations held set up at Culver City’s The Book Bindery. Participating chefs included Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo from Animal and Son of a Gun, Roy Choi from A Frame, Chego, Kogi and Sunny Spot, Josiah Citrin from Melisse, Neal Fraser from BLD, Suzanne Goin from Lucques, AOC and Tavern, Ilan Hall from The Gorbals, Rory Hermann of Bouhon, Ludo Lefebvre from Ludo Bites, Zoe Nathan from Huckleberry, Rustin Canyon, Milo & Olive and Sweet Rose Creamery, Dhalia Narvaez from Mozza, Candace Nelson from Sprinkles, Zach Pollack and Steve Samson from Sotto, Michael Voltaggio from ink and Micah Wexler from Mezze.

The Spare Room created a custom-made cocktail lounge for the evening, Barrymore Wines provided Pinot Grigio and Beau Joie Champagne provided the bubbly.  The gala was designed and produced by Yifat Oren and Associates.
