Haute Update: Dennis Dean Announced Jeffrey Fashion Cares 2011 Honorary Chair

Summer has finally arrived in the city and amidst rising temperatures and dreams of beach vacations, the Jeffrey Fashion Cares Atlanta team is hard at work on this year’s event featuring guest designer Jason Wu and their newly announced Honorary Chair, Dennis Dean.

As the president and CEO of Dennis Dean: A Catering Company, Dean as built an impressive list of clients including some of Atlanta’s top corporate, retail, social, and non-profit entities with his creative vision and commitment to using only the finest ingredients. While his business has grown tremendously in the last decade landing Dean on local news and morning shows and in business and lifestyle publications, he has also earned an amazing reputation for the causes he supports, donating ver $500,000 to various organizations that assist women, children and animals in need. This work as a philanthropist and within the culinary community made Dean an obvious choice for this year’s Honorary Chair. According to Lila Hertz, Jeffrey Fashion Cares Co-Chair, “We are thrilled to present Dennis Dean with this honor. Over the years, he has given to Fashion Cares generously and graciously! He was our unanimous choice.”

For a man who has based his business around the best not the biggest, this honor proves that attention to quality is always rewarded.

Jeffrey Fashion Cares Atlanta takes place on Monday, August 29, 2011, at the stunning 12th & Midtown development located at Peachtree and 12th Street.
