For months we've eagerly awaited the opening of rag & bone, the latest notch on the belt of charming Fillmore Street, arguably the hautest street in the nation. The wait is over. The edgy high-fashion New York retailer finally opened its first Northern California boutique last week on the corner of Fillmore and California. And it's haute!
