Burberry Returns to the Hamptons at This Summer’s Most Beloved Pop-Up Address

Burberry is returning to Topping Rose House in Bridgehampton, and this time it’s bringing pieces guests can’t get anywhere else yet. The Burberry Hamptons pop-up has reimagined the 19th-century mansion and estate for a bespoke pop-up boutique running August 13 through 16, marking the latest in what’s become a season-long pattern of major fashion houses treating the property as their preferred Hamptons stage — Ferragamo transformed the hotel’s poolside into an Italian-inspired retreat there just weeks earlier.

The boutique offers a curated Burberry wardrobe spanning womenswear, menswear, and childrenswear, from signature outerwear and lightweight jackets to House Check accessories. A dedicated Polo Gallery showcases piqué polo shirts in more than 20 colors. Most notably, pieces from the Winter 2026 runway collection will be available to purchase for the first time anywhere, alongside trench coats and check cashmere scarves stitched with a custom label depicting the Hamptons’ coastline.

Burberry’s signature House Check gets a seasonal refresh throughout the hotel, reworked in a summer yellow palette and extended to branded Mokes available for guests exploring nearby beaches and towns. In-room touches include a bespoke cocktail and cookies during turndown service, carrying the brand’s presence beyond the boutique itself.

The activation extends past the hotel’s grounds, too. Local favorite Dreamy Coffee Co., at the Round Swamp Farm coffee airstream and The Barn, is serving drinks in bespoke yellow sleeves, wrapping cold brew cans in the yellow check, and offering a specially selected iced London Fog tea for the weekend.

It’s a fitting continuation for a property that has quietly become one of the best luxury hotels in the Hamptons this summer, and one of its most reliable stages for a major fashion moment. Burberry’s pop-up runs at Topping Rose House, 1 Bridgehampton-Sag Harbor Turnpike, Bridgehampton, NY, through August 16.
