Executive Chef Samir Roonwal has been known to prepare dishes mainly over charcoal or in the kitchen’s wood-fired ovens to keep the sophisticated campfire vibes going strong.

Then pair that with a Tahitian vanilla bean marshmallow with a gold leaf on one side. For the finishing touch, the marshmallow is expertly torched on its opposite side to produce the ultimate fireside indulgence.
