Haute 100 NY Update: Jerry Seinfeld is Highest-Earning Comedian of the Year
Seinfeld may be off the air, but the show’s mastermind, Jerry Seinfeld, is still coming out on top. According to a new tally by Forbes, the 59-year-old comedian raked in $32 million last year, making him the highest-earning comedian for the third year in a row.
In addition to syndication royalties, which totaled $3 million, Seinfeld grossed $27 million through stand-up comedy. Throughout the past 12 months, the New Yorker performed at more than 70 locations.
