Twenty Five Lusk’s One-Year Anniversary

Executive Chef / Managing Partner Matthew Dolan and General Manager / Managing Partner Chad Bourdon will celebrate the One-Year Anniversary of  Twenty Five Lusk on October 17th with a cocktail party in the restaurant’s downstairs bar and lounge.

Guests attending the One-Year Anniversary Party will enjoy a variety of all-you-can-eat bites and appetizers such as Truffled Mushroom Cheesecake, Louisiana Gulf Prawns with Japanese Pepper Grits, and Marin Miyagi oysters with a Cucumber Broth and Caviar. Specialty cocktails such as the SF Yacht Club and the Dark and Stormy; wines by-the-glass and a selection of bottled and draft beers with the option to purchase additional beverages at the bar.

Chef Dolan has created a special One-Year Anniversary tasting menu inspired by menu items from the past year that will be offered in the main dining room from Sunday, October 16 through Thursday, October 20. The seven-course menu, reflective of Chef Dolan’s vision of a seasonally- and sustainably-driven cuisine with classical French and Italian influences, includes Cauliflower Crème Brulee, Suckling Pig with Pickled Baby Root Vegetables, Ginger Puree and Red-eye Barbeque Demi-glace, and Wagyu Ribeye with Chantarelle Mushroom Vol au Vent and Truffle Sauce.

Optional wine pairings chosen by Wine Director Cezar Kusik will be available spotlighting some of his favorite vintners from Champagne and Burgundy.

Twenty Five Lusk is located at Twenty Five Lusk Street, an alleyway off Townsend Street between 3rd and 4th streets in San Francisco.
