The Beautiful World of Tony Duquette

The always outrageous, and gorgeous work of the late L.A.-based artist and designer Tony Duquette, creative favorite of Hollywood celebrities and tastemakers of the 20th century, is beautifully collected in a new book called More Is More by his longtime associate Hutton Wilkinson. With a foreword by Dior‘s designer John Galliano, the book explores Duquette’s personal philosophy that inspired him to create his works, sculptures, jewelry, gardens, and theatrical interiors. It also provides readers with a look into Duquette’s private life, showing him working in his studio, at celebrity-packed parties he and his wife held at their Beverly Hills estate, and on his amazing international tours.
