It seems Barack Obama isn't too thrilled about working on a holiday like the rest of America, so he decided to hang back, relax, and kill some time by calling in to a radio show.
It seems Barack Obama isn’t too thrilled about working on a holiday like the rest of America, so he decided to hang back, relax, and kill some time by calling in to a radio show. Since Virginia Governor Tim Kaine was a guest today on a WTOP in Washington, D.C., Obama decided to call in to wish him a Merry Christmas.
Obama also made an announcement in the Roosevelt Room that he’s not leaving for his Hawaiian holiday until the Senate passes a healthcare bill on Christmas Eve. “My attitude is if they are making these sacrifices to provide health care to all Americans, the least I can do is be around,” he said.
