Zoe and her husband, investment banker Rodger Berman, have placed the estate on the market for $2,995,000, an asking price that seems a bit high for the two-bedroom home, which the pair bought in 2001 for only $914,090. But with the remodeled mid-century home featuring a plunge pool and a spa, walnut floors, large master suite, and other top of the line offerings, maybe the power couple can pull in a bidder willing to drop close to $3 mil on what Zoe calls her “starter home.”
