Quick Hits: Luxury Garage Sale’s Pop-Up Shop Starts Tonight

There are certain designer labels that almost never go on sale: Chanel, Hermes, Louis Vuitton, to name a few. But tonight is one of those extraordinary occasions when you’ll be able to find each of these labels and more for up to 90 percent off retail price.

You read that right.

Starting tonight, the local team behind Luxury Garage Sale, an online and brick-and-mortar consignment boutique, are hosting their first-ever pop-up garage sale in Wicker Park.

Brands on sale include:

Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Saint Laurent, Balmaine, Rag & Bone, Frame Denim, IRO, Ulla Johnson, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, Alexander Wang, Dior, Helmut Lang, and Alice & Olivia, along with vintage jewelry, vintage pieces from Escada, Hermes scarves, and a selection of men’s clothing and shoes.

The inventory comes from LGS’s Chinatown warehouse, plus designer boutique overstock (meaning much of it is new-with-tags), and will be priced from $35-$200.

Tonight’s kick-off party is open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis, and takes place at 1422 N. Milwaukee Ave. from 5 p.m.- 8 p.m. The event includes Koval tastings, beer selections, a balloon drop and Champagne toast, plus a chance to win gift cards and high value merchandise.
