Ohio-based Associated Estates Realty Corp. has wrapped construction of its brand new $56.7 million luxury residential tower in Turtle Creek, Dallas, Texas.
The new luxury property is a nine-story apartment tower, which features a large number of condo properties. Named the Cantabria at Turtle Creek, the property is comprised of 249 apartments with a going rent of $2.20 per square foot, ranging from $1,300 to $3,000 a month for rent.
Units in the Mediterranean-style property contains 10-foot ceilings, personalized molding, built in bookshelves, high-end washers and dryers, wood-like porcelain tile floors, pocket doors, a dry bar for cocktails and kitchen islands. All units have keyless entry. Residents will use a generated access code to enter.
A one-bedroom can cost you from $2,100 to $2,600 a month depending on the unit’s location in the building. However, for that price residents will have a unit with about 1,000 square feet, which is great for entertaining, something that was lacking in the Dallas market. Some one-bedroom units will feature additional comforts such as a larger terrace and a different view of the region’s skyline.
People who choose to live in the posh property will have the opportunity to be close to the action in the Dallas area, but don’t have to be in the middle of the noise and the hustle and bustle. The property is tucked away from busy streets.
In a statement to Dallas Business Journal, Cindy Harris, vice president of development and operations at Associated Estates Realty Corp, said, “If people are making a Turtle Creek decision, they really like this area, because we’re so close to Uptown and the walkable amenities of Uptown, like the Katy Trail, restaurants and bars — but we aren’t on a major feeder road or on McKinney Avenue.”
The property located at 2728 Hood St., will have amenities such as a state-of-the-art cardio center, an outdoor pool with poolside club area that has a kitchen, gas grills, bar and dining space. The resident conference lounge has Wi-Fi with videoconference capability and a private terrace space. There is a dog park and pet grooming services.
