Barbie is getting all dressed up in haute couture thanks to Zuhair Murad, who modeled a new frock for the iconic doll after a creation most famously worn by starlet Blake Lively.

The Lebanese designer has re-fashioned the dress Lively wore to the 2013 world premiere of her Oliver Stone film, Savages, in a miniature size. The nude silk and tulle gown with black beading worn now by both Blake and Barbie is from the designer’s Spring 2012 Couture collection.

Unlike Lively’s red carpet look of a tumbling blonde mane and red lips, Barbie has gone for a more elegant visage with a graceful updo and nude lips.

The limited-edition doll will retail for $75; only 6400 are being created.

This isn’t Murad’s first design for Barbie: last year he fashioned two dolls after Jennifer Lopez.

Barbie has paid homage to several celebrities over the years, from stars like Marilyn Monroe, Audrey Hepburn and Elizabeth Taylor to Karl Lagerfeld, Farrah Fawcett and Janet Jackson. The doll has served as inspiration for more than 150 fashion houses since her creation in 1959.
