Former Wazuzu chef Jet Tila returns to Las Vegas Feb. 8 for a pop-up dinner at Origin India Restaurant & Bar with cocktails designed by mixologist Tony Abou-Ganim. Tila, who has been in Los Angeles lately working on his Bistronomics project, plans to serve a five-course dinner of regionally inspired Thai dishes reminiscent of his childhood. Each course gets a hand-crafted cocktail created by Abou-Ganim and inspired by drinks featured in his book “The Modern Mixologist: Contemporary Classic Cocktails.” This special dinner starts at 7pm and be served family style, just as Tila does at home.
