Mark Your Calendar: Alex Stratta Returns for Vegas to Host a Wine Dinner at Marché Bacchus

Vegas lost a star chef when Alex Stratta’s Alex at Wynn Las Vegas closed last year. Now he’s opened Biglio in New York, leaving behind the neon of Sin City. Except for Feb. 1, when he returns to host a wine dinner at Marché Bacchus French Bistro & Wine Shop.

There he’ll serve a four-course tasting menu executed paired with wines from Napa Valley winery Chateau Montelena. This French dinner will feature Riesling, Cabernet and Zinfandel premier release.

James Beard Award-winning Chef and restaurateur Alex Stratta is regarded as one of the top chefs in the world today. He’s been working as a consultant with Marché Bacchus and was recently featured on the third season of “Top Chef Masters.”

The Feb. 1 dinner starts at 6:30 p.m. and costs $89. For reservations, call 702-804-8008.

Marché Bacchus French Bistro & Wine Shop is located at 2620 Regatta Dr.
