Mexican sushi and Japanese tacos are going to be the next big thing in casual dining. Taka Taka will blend Mexican and Japanese ingredients, flavors, and sensibilities with dishes such as their Tempura Shrimp Tacos and Sushi Caliente. Chiles will be added to sushi rolls, tortillas to teppanyaki, and chipotles to teriyaki. Sporting a hi-fi conveyor belt, these hot tamales are then transported to waiting tables.
