The menu will include creamy wild mushroom soup, various fresh salads, classic eggs benedict, assorted cheese blintzes, grilled Florida grouper; a special carving station featuring deep roasted Ranch Creek lamb with yogurt sauce and honey glazed leg of ham with house made Chutneys; a made-to-order Omelet Station; and a Homemade Dessert Station.
