The restaurant will offer an extravagant buffet that will include a selection of chilled seafood, a caviar station, hand-rolled sushi, various meats and European cheeses, and dessert table.
For the little ones, there will be a special children’s buffet. And for the adults, endless mimosas.

Celebrate 1500 Degrees’ first Easter with a special buffet by Executive Chef Paula DaSilva of “Hell’s Kitchen” fame.
The menu will include creamy wild mushroom soup, various fresh salads, classic eggs benedict, assorted cheese blintzes, grilled Florida grouper; a special carving station featuring deep roasted Ranch Creek lamb with yogurt sauce and honey glazed leg of ham with house made Chutneys; a made-to-order Omelet Station; and a Homemade Dessert Station. Plus there will be an Easter egg decorating station for the kids, and endless mimosas for the adults.
