What Made Him Haute: The Pritzker-winning architect is most known for his futuristic and awe-inspiring structures like the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao Spain, the Dancing House in Prague and the Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles.

What Makes Him Haute Now:  Gehry was named the Judge Widney Professor of Architecture at the University of Southern California last week. The celebrated architect’s New World Center in Miami Beach will open its doors Tuesday evening. The $160 million concert hall has six floors and while the Center’s exterior is simple and made of glass and white plaster, the inside reflects the architect’s renowned unpredictable structural forms.
