Most recently, President Obama stayed in 2009 while he was attending the United Nations General Assembly meeting. Little touches like President John F. Kennedy’s rocking chair, bullet proof glass and a phone system programmed with the same extensions as the oval office, so the President can easily reach his staff, make the suite a true home away from home.
According to a recent call by Haute Living to the historic hotel, the going rate is $6,000 a night. The suite isn’t available for booking online, but must contact the hotel directly.
