Now, we hear that he’ll be the new man in charge at Dean Poll’s Tavern on the Green, or whatever new name it will have. “The CIA-trained chef worked under Sottha Kuhn at Le Cirque,” reported Gael Greene. “As well as for Alain Ducasse and Thomas Keller according to his bio.
