Michael Toschi Opens Pop-Up Store

San Francisco has a new pop-up shop, and it’s one you won’t want to miss. Luxury footwear and accessories designer, Michael Toschi, has just opened a 1,600-square-foot pop-up retail store in San Francisco.

As a premier innovator and luxury designer, Michael Toschi has been shopper’s number one-go to man for fabulous footwear and haute accessories. His new 1,600-square-foot store is located where fine stationary purveyor Crane & Co used to be.

As the first pure Toschi name-brand retail venue, the Toschi store is located on the ground floor of One Embarcadero Center and shoppers can now enjoy the full collection of men’s and women’s footwear, outwear and accessories all under one roof.

Michael Toschi’s brand is characterized by a huge celebrity roster and is a leader in high-end, Italian-made luxury goods. The concept of pop-up shops is a new fad that other luxury names have quickly joined in on, including Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Prada, and Gucci. The idea behind pop-up shops is to reach new customers, promote new product offerings, and create and expand brand awareness.

Michael Toschi says, “I signed the contract on Monday and opened the doors on Thursday of the same week. This is an exciting way for me to showcase my entire collection in one space and also be on hand interacting with my customers.” Michael Toschi is the President and CEO of Michael Toschi International, and he adds, “I expect to gain new insights and ideas by seeing how shoppers experience the Toschi brand.”

For those in San Francisco, or those planning on travelling there, the Toschi store will be hosting a Grand Opening party on Friday, November 27, 2009 from 4pm to 8pm.
