Dr. Patrick Nolan, Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Pat Nolan brings a refined approach to modern healthcare, grounded in performance, prevention, and a genuine investment in each patient’s goals. With a foundation in athletics and a passion for optimizing human potential, he offers a unique perspective on what it means to feel well and live fully. Originally from Michigan, Dr. Nolan competed on the men’s track and field team at Hope College before earning his medical degree from Michigan State University and completing his Family Medicine residency in Palm Beach County, where he now practices.
Since 2021, Dr. Nolan has served as Medical Director and co-owner of Relive Health’s Jupiter and Tradition locations. In September 2024, he was appointed Chief Medical Officer of the Relive Health Network, where he leads clinical strategy and quality of care across a growing network of more than 30 locations nationwide, with ongoing expansion into new states and markets. In May 2025, he also became Medical Director of the Delray Beach clinic. Through these leadership roles, Dr. Nolan ensures that Relive’s approach to hormone optimization, metabolic health, and regenerative medicine is delivered with consistency, excellence, and care across every location.
Dr. Nolan’s approach goes far beyond traditional primary care. He blends the science of medicine with the art of personalized strategy, creating plans that help his patients optimize hormone health, manage weight, and explore advanced treatments like peptide and stem cell therapy. His focus is on helping patients not just feel better today—but extend their healthspan so they can live stronger, longer, and more vibrant lives. His clinical interests include sports medicine, strength training, nutrition, and obesity medicine, all grounded in the belief that lasting health starts with understanding the individual.
