Professionally: Starting a practice in a very difficult time and growing it to encompass research, education, academic presence, International outreach etc.
Academic; Teaching at UCLA for 15 years, renovating the Orange County Society of Plastic Surgery and being part of our national societies.
Non-profit: Running ECN, a non-profit for cancer for 10 years.

That plastic surgery could prevent aging and create no scars!
