Haute Event: Boston Big Names Turn Out for Trevor Project Fundraiser
The Trevor Project, a campaign to support and empower lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LGBTQ) youth who are the victims of bullying and harassment, has been spreading the message "It Gets Better," with celebrity faces like Daniel Radcliffe and Chris Colfer (Glee). Sunday night, the organization threw a fundraiser at ROCCA Kitchen & Bar in Boston’s South End, drawing hundreds in support.

Dori’s World: Lunching in Manhattan
On Sunday, I joined Matthew and Nicole Mellon for lunch at La Bottega. On Monday after a hard workout at Soul Cycle, (which I have recently become obsessed with) I had two lunches. The first was at Fred’s with Lizzie Tisch, Hope Sidman, Brett Heyman, and Debbie Peltz. Of course half of the conversation was about spinning! Then it was off to my second lunch with Serena Boardman and Rena Sindi, who is in from London with her girls. There we bumped into Thomas Leclerc who everyone knows from St Tropez because of his fabulous parties with outrageous things like tigers roaming the grounds.

Monumental Ball 2010
This Friday night October 29, beginning at 7 p.m. is the annual Monumental Ball gala that expertly brings together some of Atlanta’s most charitable, fashionable and fun residents for a great cause. Held at Magnolia Hall in Piedmont Park, this event is also hosted by two of Atlanta’s well-known culinary representatives Melissa & Kevin Rathbun.
