Only in Dubai: The World's Most Expensive Cupcake Unveiled
While Dubai is known for its extravagant offerings of luxury hotels, clubs and restaurants, the foodies of the city will be in awe at the price of a cupcake at Bloomsbury's new location at The Dubai Mall. The boutique opened in opulence with the unveiling of "The Most Expensive 'Edible' Cupcake' also known as the Golden Phoenix and priced at $1,010. The brand spent around $28,000 in preparation for the cupcake at the gala event.

Fours Seasons Hotel Will Open Dubai Resort
Plans for a new resort property in the heart of Jumeirah Beach are underway through a collaboration between Four Seasons Hotel & Resorts and UAE-based holding company Bright Star LLC. This eagerly anticipated addition to Dubai's luxurious hospitality scene is currently under construction on a beach front location within the Jumeirah Beach vicinity featuring easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road. It's expected opening date is mid-2014.
