Anne Sweeney is likely to receive a few honors before exiting Disney Media Networks as its current co-chair and Disney/ABC Television Group as its President, and she’ll receive the first of her accolades tonight. Sweeney will be feted as the Alliance for Children’s Rights’ National Champion for Children tonight during a gala event at the Beverly Hilton.
