A new massive housing development planned for South Orange County is expected to open this summer. Once open, Rancho Mission Viejo will be a 14,000-home community that is so large it will have it’s own ZIP code, and may even become Orange County’s 35th city.

Leather goods billionaire Diego Della Valle has announced that he is interested in acquiring Telecom Italia Media’s La7, Italy’s smallest national broadcaster. The proposal comes after the bidding deadline, however La7’s parent company is reportedly still evaluating the option.
