Johanna Boccardo

Born in Venezuela with a strong and vivid imagination, her love for color and design was going to take her places. She started as an illustrator, graduating at the Instituto de Diseño. She relocated to Sarasota, Florida in 2002, where she received her Bachelor’s in Fine Arts at Ringling School of Art & Design. She relocated again to Spain where she illustrated books for both national and international publishers. Earning the title as an internationally published illustrator, she grew a yearning to expand her love for design and illustration. Moving to Miami Beach in 2005, she became fascinated with designing leather handbags, using different lines, colors, and textures. She launched Beautiful People in May 2008.
