A laid back California and French inspired restaurant is finishing up the final touches and preparing for an opening early May. Under the name Faux Pas, this Kristopher Keith designed restaurant hopes to attract a local crowd with a fun palatable menu and a variety of drinks on this busy Fairfax intersection.
Faux Pas’ American-French menu makes everything with California ingredients such as the French Onion soup, Mac & Cheese, Chicken Cordon Bleu, Sea Bass Almondine, Croque Monsieur and Pizzettes.
Faux Pas has an extensive array of drinks to choose from as well. Over fifty wines, homemade sangria, a rotation of craft beers, martinis and coffee made fresh from French press are only a few of the drinks served up at the bistro.
Faux Pas is operated by United Culinary Artists and is open daily Sunday to Wednesday from 11am to 12:30 am and Thursday to Saturday from 11am to 1:30am. For more information you can check them out on Facebook or follow them on Twitter.
