For the first time, the beloved Tribeca hotel–Fouquet’s–has opened its private rooftop terrace for limited public access by offering reservations for their High Iced Tea in partnership with La DoubleJ on the Le Vaux Rooftop. The collaboration reimagines the traditional afternoon tea experience by tailoring it for warm weather and al fresco dining elevated with a spirited twist. Presented on La DoubleJ’s linens and glassware from their Napoli Rosa collection, guests are invited to indulge in a curated iced tea service crafted by Executive Chef Mathew Woolf, featuring a selection of seasonal tea sandwiches, delicate desserts, and more. The service is available daily from 4 PM to 6 PM, offering visitors a rare opportunity to access the exclusive setting.

Formerly the iconic Salon de Ning, the Pen Top Rooftop at The Peninsula offers a luxurious escape from the city below, featuring warm, art-loft-inspired interiors and outdoor terraces. Midtown’s newest sky-high cocktail aerie is open for the summertime with a 4,000 square foot glass-enclosed space featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, indoor and garden-style outdoor seating, and 270-degree skyline views. As for food, the menu reflects Chef John Fraser’s California roots with influences from Mexican flavor profiles and cooking techniques.
