After making its international debut in Marbella in 2025, Reserve Cup quickly established itself as one of the most talked-about events in professional padel, combining elite competition with luxury hospitality, entertainment, and lifestyle experiences. The 2026 edition aims to build on that momentum, bringing together the sport’s biggest stars and a global audience for three days of high-level competition in one of padel’s most historic destinations.

Led by Reserve Padel Founder and CEO Wayne Boich alongside Honorary Chairman Jimmy Butler, Reserve Cup has become a unique platform that elevates padel beyond traditional sporting events. Set against the Mediterranean backdrop of Puente Romano, home to one of Spain’s original padel clubs, the tournament showcases the sport at its highest level while celebrating Marbella’s status as an international luxury destination.
The men’s competition will feature two elite teams made up of 12 of the world’s top-ranked players competing across six matches per day throughout the tournament. Confirmed participants include Arturo Coello, Agustin Tapia, Alejandro Galán, Miguel Yanguas, Coki Nieto, and Javi Garrido, creating one of the strongest fields assembled anywhere in the sport this year.
For the first time, Reserve Cup Marbella Presented by Sierra Blanca Estates will also feature a standalone women’s competition. Six of the world’s leading female players will be divided into two teams of three and will compete in one match per day across three total matches. The women’s division will operate independently from the men’s draw and feature its own prize purse while maintaining the tournament’s popular rotating team format.
Among the confirmed stars for the women’s competition are World No. 1 Delfi Brea, Bea Gonzalez, Marta Ortega Gallego, and Alejandra Salazar, ensuring fans will witness some of the highest-quality women’s padel in the world.

“Reserve Cup has always been an extension of what we’re building with Reserve Padel,” said Wayne Boich, Founder and CEO of Reserve. “It’s a platform to showcase the sport at its highest level while bringing that vision to life on a global stage. What we saw in Marbella last year was incredible, and this year we’re building on that momentum with a more dynamic format, including the addition of a women’s division. The level of talent across both fields is among the best in the world, and it raises the competition across the board, making this our most exciting edition yet.”
The addition of a women’s division reflects the rapid growth of professional padel and Reserve Cup’s commitment to creating a more inclusive and globally representative event. By placing both men’s and women’s competitions on one of the sport’s biggest stages, the tournament continues to expand its influence and attract broader audiences worldwide.
Jimmy Butler, who has been involved with Reserve Cup since its inception, believes the event’s evolution speaks for itself.
“I’ve been part of Reserve Cup since the beginning, and it’s just fun to see how much it’s grown,” said Butler. “From Miami to Marbella, it keeps leveling up. At the end of the day, I’m all about competition, and this brings out the best of it. Watching it grow and keep building has been dope, but for me, it’s always about the level of play. You’ve got some of the best in the world going at it – it doesn’t get much better than that.”
The introduction of the women’s competition has been welcomed enthusiastically by players, including World No. 1 Delfi Brea, who will be part of the historic inaugural draw.
“It’s really special to be part of the first women’s draw at Reserve Cup,” said Brea. “It’s a great step for the tournament and for the sport. You can already feel how big this event is, and being able to compete here in Marbella alongside the best makes it even more exciting.”
