Alec Baldwin, Henrik Lundqvist, Anna Wintour, & More Give Back At USTA Foundation Gala
Celebrities showed their support at the USTA Foundation Gala, which launched the opening night of the 2017 US Open. Held at Arthur Ashe Stadium, the event was co-hosted by Alec Baldwin and Martina Navratilova.
The mission of the USTA Foundation, the charitable arm of the United States Tennis Association, is to bring tennis and education together to change lives. Using this powerful combination, the Foundation has helped served up dreams for more than 225,000 youth.
To date, the Foundation has awarded more than $25 million in grants and scholarships benefiting thousands of children and adults through tennis, education and health curricula. The gala raised $1.2 million to support tennis and education.
To continue raising money for the Foundation, there are several USTA Foundation Charity Buzz auction packages running for the next two weeks.
