AMAZING AMBIANCE
Brian Massie’s decadent Italian eatery at Red Rock Resort & Casino is spacious yet somehow very intimate, thanks to a display kitchen and antipasti bar.

DYNAMITE DISHES
Time to carbo load! It’s a mistake not to try the Salute signature pasta—house-made fettuccine all’ vodka with toasted garlic, tomato sauce, vodka and cream—served tableside in a parmesan wheel.

SWEET SUCCESS
The toasted coconut cake with Bavarian cream and mango sorbetto hits all the right sweet notes.

TOP TIPPLE
We’re suckers for affogato—especially the adult version, made with 50 Bleu vodka, nocello, espresso and vanilla gelato.

AMAZING AMBIANCE
Natural touches, such as wooden flooring and hand-blown light fixtures, pair together perfectly with Roy Ellamar’s market-driven menu.

DYNAMITE DISHES
There’s something for everyone here, from meat lovers to vegetarians to seafood enthusiasts. The farro porridge with wild mushrooms, slow-cooked farm egg and black truffle is a particular standout.

SWEET SUCCESS
Definitely try the weirdly wonderful sticky toffee pudding with bacon.

TOP TIPPLE
Have fresh pressed juice with your booze! Our favorite infusion is the cranberry-desert sage served with Absolut Elyx and Leopold Bros.

AMAZING AMBIANCE
Twist is the only place in the U.S. that you can experience Pierre Gagnaire’s haute cuisine. Its beautiful light fixtures and floor-to-ceiling windows are perfectly befitting of this French master’s fare.

DYNAMITE DISHES
This is classic French cuisine with a twist. We’d recommend the tasting menu but, if you prefer to order à la carte, the Mayfair soufflé—a smoked haddock and scallop soufflé, served with green asparagus—is the way to go.

SWEET SUCCESS
Try the St. Remy de Provence—olive gateau, fennel lemon star anise water, red pepper cream, almond sherbet and lemon meringue.

TOP TIPPLE
You’ll feel like a king or queen ordering the innovative Twist Royal, served with silver dust (you read that right) in addition to cassis, elderflower liqueur and sparkling wine.

AMAZING AMBIANCE
This dark and sexy steakhouse at The Palms is part opulent dining den and part total party. Unique touches include a two-sided wall of water, limestone walls and black leather booths.

DYNAMITE DISHES
Order a steak, of course! There’s everything from a prime ribeye tomahawk steak to filet mignon to prime porterhouse.

SWEET SUCCESS
The campfire s’mores served with house-made flavored marshmallows are the sweetest treat of all.
