Restaurant Story Hosts Nine-Course Black Truffle Tasting Menu

Chef Tom Sellers at Restaurant Story will host a special nine-course Black Truffle Tasting Menu on Sunday, 19 July 2015. The dinner menu will feature some of Tom’s signature dishes along with several new creations – and black truffles from a specialist supplier for the evening, the Truffle & Wine Co, will enhance most of the dishes. The menu will be £160 per person, with a matched wine flight available at an additional £80 per person. As Tom Sellers explains, “Black truffles are a highly sought-after edible funghi that add an intriguing extra dimension to a dish, with their highly distinctive, musty, pungent aroma – they are a fascinating challenge to a chef!”
