Luxury British department store Harrods, set in London’s decadent Knightsbridge area, is set to open a brand new men’s denim gallery this June. Spanning a massive 5000sq-ft, the new concept will be a go-to destination for the best and most well-known brands around.
Set to be located on the lower ground floor, between the International and Contemporary men’s selections, the space will host a range of big names in denim, including Diesel, AG Jeans, Nudie Jeans, J Brand and True Religion. Exclusive pieces from 7 for all Mankind, Citizens of Humanity and Jacob Cohen will also be on offer. This new concept is just one of a number of developments in the department store’s casual offerings.
Last month saw Harrods welcome Israeli-born designer Elie Tahari to its Fashion Lab space, a move that marked the brand’s first expansion into European territory. Together with luxury brands Ralph & Russo and Tomas Maier, the retailer is growing their superbrands in the womenswear department and has also, it seems, finally turned its attention to menswear as well.
So guys, if you’re into your denim, or just fancy browsing what is sure to be the one-stop destinations for all your jeans need, Harrods will be the place to be when the new Denim Gallery opens in June.
