J&G Grill Selects Brad Kilgore as New Chef


It looks like J&G Grill at The St. Regis is getting a new change of face.

Brad Kilgore, of Azul and Exit 1 (where he was the co-owner) has been selected as the newest Chef de Cuisine at the contemporary American eatery, replacing previous chef Richard Gras Kilgore is also newly joined by Robert Delarosa (who is also an Azul alum), who will be the general manager of the Bal Harbour resto.

A recent press release says of the two new fellows: “Brad and Robert’s culinary achievements and hospitality experience will bring a new dimension to the resort’s signature restaurant.”
